PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image peeling member capable of easily recycling an image recording body in an office or at home and maintaining excellent image peeling performance over a long term by providing a specified adhesive layer between heat resistant base material and an image peeling layer. SOLUTION: An image peeling belt 1 being the image peeling member is equipped with the heat resistant base material 2, the adhesive layer 3 formed on the upper surface of the base material 2, and the image peeling layer 4 formed on the layer 3. Resin material such as polyethylene terephthalate or polyamide-imide is mentioned as the material of the base material 2. The layer 3 incorporates material constituting the base material 2 and thermally melt resin. Thermoplastic material such as styrene resin or vinyl resin is mentioned as the thermally melt resin. The layer B includes material having affinity and compatibility to image forming material. It is desirable to use the resin the same as the resin used for the image forming material as the material having the affinity used for the layer 4.
