Flexible aromatic polyimide film and metal film laminate comprises a multi-layer polyimide film, containing a highly heat resistant aromatic polyimide layer, with another aromatic polyimide layer bonded to one of its surfaces. The multi-layer polyimide film is obtained by simultaneous casting, and the metal film is bonded to the last polyimide layer by heating under pressure followed by cooling under pressure using a double band press (DBP) (sic).
