Injection nozzle for injecting fuel into combustion engines

The injection nozzle has a nozzle body (1) and a nozzle needle, which is inserted in a guiding hole (11) of the body and has longitudinal movement. The needle has a shank whose diameter is bigger than the diameter of a needle shank hole (14) in which the needle shank extends from a pressure chamber (12) in the nozzle body to a cone shaped seal (15). A cone at the needle shank unblocks or blocks the fuel flow to the fuel injection holes (16) at the front end of the nozzle body. A ring shape expansion is provided at the needle shank for guiding the needle at the wall of the needle shank hole of the nozzle body. A groove (18) is provided in the wall of the needle shank hole through which the fuel flows from the pressure chamber to the injection holes.
