A pointer control for movement of a pointer across a computer display includes a movement sensor (26, 26a) mounted on a headband (24) to translate motions of a user's head into movements of the pointer. Wired and wireless configurations are provided. Selection switches are provided in an auxiliary keyboard module (32) for mounting on the keyboard (14) or alternately as foot operated switches (44). Add-on modules convert the head movement sensor (26, 26a) to a hand-moved sensor. A laser pointer (64) may be provided.
