PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a coating film uniform in hue by using two or more kinds of powder coatings different in hue. SOLUTION: A coating method has a coating process for applying two or more kinds of powder coatings different in hue, a vibration process applying vibration to the coated powder coatings and a baking process baking the powder coatings after the application of vibration to form a coating film. A powder coating applying method is not especially limited and, for example, a coating method using electrostatic spray, a fluidized immersion method and a plastic flame spraying method are designated. A vibration applying method is not especially limited but, for example, ultrasonic vibration, electromagnetic vibration or mechanical vibration is designated and, from an aspect of the simplication of an apparatus, ultrasonic vibration is pref. When the ultrasonic vibration is used, it is pref. to apply vibration in frequency of 20 kHz-10 MHz. A baking method is not especially limited if a method generally executed in the application of general powder coating but, generally, baking is pref. performed at about 150-250 deg.C for about 20-60 min.
