PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game panel which uses the back face of a base panel for visual representation and thereby visualizes unique decorative and representation effects and at the same time, provides an extensive range of freedom without narrowing a game zone. SOLUTION: The back face corresponding to a part where a game nail 7 is implanted upright and the back face corresponding to a part where the game nail 7 is not implanted upright, of a base panel 1 are formed like a continuous surface such as a plane so that a boss or the like is not allowed to protrude from the back face. Consequently, it is possible to arrange a visual representation means such as a display device or a cellular picture of such a size as to spread across the part where the game nail 7 is implanted upright and the part where the game nail 7 is not implanted upright. The base panel 1 has transparency, and the unique visual representation effect using this transparency can be visualized on the first surface side of the base panel 1. In addition, the range of freedom for the part where the game nail 7 is implanted upright and the like can be increased.
