PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local sweating amount measuring instrument precisely measuring a sweating amount diffused from a skin. SOLUTION: The local sweating amount measuring instrument is provided with a humidity detecting means provided with a humidity sensor 61 and an oscillation circuit 65 outputting an oscillation signal varying a frequency corresponding to the relative humidity of diffused air/humidity obtained by mixing sweat exhaled from a skin surface and dehumidified air supplied by a prescribed flow rate from outside in a probe capsule adhered to the skin surface and diffusing it, a temperature detecting means provided with a temperature sensor 62 detecting the temperature of the diffused air/humidity and a bridge circuit 66, and a computer CPU obtaining the relative humidity of the diffused air/ humidity by digital arithmetic based on the frequency of the oscillation signal, obtaining the absolute humidity of the diffused air/humidity based on the temperature of the diffused air/humidity based on the temperature of the diffused air/humidity and calculating a sweating amount based on this absolute humidity in addition.
