The body has a diameter within the range of 0.25 to 0.4 times that of the column, extends from the point of attachment to the nozzle plate, through and beyond the bottom of the column to such a position that the portion of the cylindrical body projecting from the bottom of the column has a length within the range of 1.2 to 1.3 times the souare root of the product of the diameter and the wall thickness of the cylindrical body.
