METHOD FOR CLEANING PLUM VINEGAR WASTE LIQUOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent environmental pollution due to directly discarding salt-rich plum vinegar waste liquor. SOLUTION: This method for cleaning plum vinegar waste liquor comprises the following steps: plum vinegar waste liquor is desalinated to recover salt; poly-γ-glutamic acid-productive bacteria are grown in a medium consisting mainly of the resultant waste liquor (desalinated plum vinegar waste liquor) to produce poly-γ-glutamic acid; the resulting cultured product is separated into microbial cells, poly-γ-glutamic acid and waste liquor; and the waste liquor is treated with active carbon and an ion exchange resin to produce clean water.
