PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate seat assembling work by sitting a corresponding horizontal surface of a seat cushion frame on a flat surface and a flange of a lower arm and fixing both by welding. SOLUTION: A lower arm 4 constituting a part of a seat support member has a flange 6 extending its side edge outward, and a horizontal surface 7 is formed on the front upper part of the flange 6. A seat cushion frame 5 defines a horizontal surface 13 in its side part. The horizontal surface 13 of the seat cushion frame 5 is seated on the horizontal surface 7 of the lower arm 4 and a flange 12 of a bracket 11, and the both are spot-welded to be fixed. Thus, because component control of bolts and nuts are not required, and the lower arm 4 and an upper rail can be integrally handled as a seat support member, or a component, seat assembling work can be facilitated.
