<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the volume of a bottle for easy disposal by arranging a longitudinal rib on a center part of a body circumferential wall of the bottle, a V-shaped rib on a shoulder circumferential wall, and an inverted V-shaped rib on a lower body part, squeezing the body circumferential wall into thin and flat shape, and folding a bottom part into a condition pressed against a body surface. SOLUTION: A shoulder transverse rib 9 is arranged on a pyramid part of a shoulder circumferential wall 2, and two inclined ribs 10 are arranged therebelow in a V-shape. In addition, a longitudinal rib 15 is arranged in the center of an upper body part 12 of a body circumferential wall 3, and a body transverse rib 16 and corrugated reinforcement panels 17a, 17b are provided across the longitudinal rib 15 at a specified position. Two inclined ribs 19a, 19b are arranged on a lower body part 13 in an inverted V-shape, a groove-like transverse rib 11 is arranged on a connection part of the shoulder circumferential wall 2 to the upper body part 12, and groove-like transverse ribs 14a, 14b are arranged on a connection part of the upper body part 12 to the lower body part 13. When a bottle is squeezed, side walls 12a, 12b are pressed in the longitudinal direction to flatten the bottle with the longitudinal rib 15 as a fold, and a deformed bottom part is folded relative to the flattened body part.</p> |
