PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin extrusion foam-molding body that can readily be molded by thermal forming to formed products having a variety of shapes, for example, food-packaging vessels a water-cleaning material, a heat insulator, a buffering agent and the like, inhibits water-soluble substance from leaching out from the inside of the formed product, even when it comes into contact with water because of its non-leachability and has excellent dimensional stability and mechanical properties, provide a biodegradable resin formed foam and their production process. SOLUTION: This objective formed foam product is produced by extrusion forming a biodegradable resin foaming composition and simultaneously foaming the composition with the moisture-expanding power. The objective biodegradable resin extrusion foaming body is thermally formed vacuum-formed or pressureformed to a desired shape. |
