PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solubilizing agent excellent for any of various kinds of insecticidal ingredient. SOLUTION: This solubilizing agent is at least one kind of compound selected from N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidone,γ-butyrolactone, dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, methyl lactate, ethyl lactate, and butyl lactate. The other objective insecticidal liquid agent contains insecticidal ingredient(s) and the above solubilizing agent.
