PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure in capping for a fuel tank after refueling by arranging a cap holding part for a fuel tank cap removed in refueling and a locking part in the vicinity of the fuel tank. SOLUTION: In refueling, a locking part 5 on one side is hooked on an openable lid 9 of a fuel tank 2 so as to be locked, and a cap of the fuel tank 2 is removed and inserted to a holding part so as to be held in it. The holding part receiving the cap is arranged on the surface side of the openable lid 9 of the fuel tank 2, and the back face side of a cap reminder apparatus 1 is arranged in the fuel tank 2, so that a projection of the cap causes no disturbance in refueling and work can be carried out easily. After refueling, the cap reminder apparatus 2 needs to be removed from the openable lid 9 of the fuel tank 2, and in this process, the held cap of the fuel tank 2 is surely noticed, so that a failure in capping for the fuel tank 2 can be prevented.
