PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work carry-in and carry-out device capable of shortening time to carry a material into a working a machine and to carry a machined product out of the working machine. SOLUTION: A shuttle table 11 having an area enough to place a material W and a product P in arrangement of both of them moves between above a material placing place of a one-piece picking device 13 and above a product placing place of an accumulating device 5 with the material W and the product P placed on it, carries the material W placed on the shuttle table 11 in a working machine by a loader and unloader unit 15 and carries the machined product P onto the same shuttle table 11 out of the working machine.
