PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a nested carrying container by slightly lifting the end of an upper nested carrying container and pulling it out by using a hook on an internal wall of a pocket as a fulcrum. SOLUTION: A stackable and nestable carrying container wherein when containers are stacked with one of the containers rotated horizontally by 180 degrees, legs of an upper container enter a pocket of a lower container to be nested includes a protruding or recessed hook F provided on an internal wall of pockets 24, 25, 34, 35. When one end of the upper container 11A which is being nested is lifted up, a leg 31 on a lifted side rotates on the hook F while being locked with the hook F, so that a leg 32 on the other end of the container comes out of the pocket 25 of the lower container.
