PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deflection so as to reduce a loss of a load by twisting by extending a distance of an axial direction in a fork rod, and extending boss parts of a fork and a bracket in an axial direction so as to prevent generation of the deflection and the loss of the load by twisting at the time of slide- moving. SOLUTION: In a fork rod 1, sliding parts 1a of both end sides of the fork rod 1 is slidably arranged on a transmission case 2, a fork 3 for gear shift is attached to the fork rod 1, a shift lever and a bracket 4 are attached, each axial direction length of a boss part 3a of a fork 3 and a boss part 4a of the bracket 4 is set longer and extends, and each boss parts 3a, 4a are fitted around an outer periphery of the fork rod 1 at a distance which is long in an axial direction. Accordingly, deflection of the fork rod 1 is reduced, twisting is not generated when the fork rod 1 is slide-moved, and loss of a load is reduced so as to improve operability.
