PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet excellent in adhesion with a wooden plate, blocking resistance in manufacturing, a print coating property, and weather resistance, and a wooden decorative laminate formed by bonding the decorative sheet on the wooden plate. SOLUTION: A decorative sheet comprises a transparent base material sheet 1 formed by a resin composition containing a high density polyethylene or isotactic polypropylene, a transparent acrylic resin sheet laminated on the transparent base material sheet 1, a grain-like pictorial pattern layer 4 provided on at least one of the sheet surfaces of the transparent base material sheet 1 or the transparent acrylic resin sheet such that the back surface can be transparently visible. In this case, a primer layer 2 containing an acrylic urethane resin is further provided between the transparent base material sheet 1 and the grain-like pictorial pattern layer 4.
