PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner excellent in durability for a sandy place, by which fine dust can be collected and the working efficiency can be improved. SOLUTION: This cleaner for a sandy place is provided with a body frame 1 traveling or self-advancing while being hauled by a tractor, a screen 6 sieving sand mixed with dust while feeding back by rotating a shaft 10 incorporated with members 19 forming many screen openings, made of a star-shaped and flexible material having a number of curved arms 22 arranged so as to decline forward at the central part of the body frame and also so as to retreat to the backward of the rotary direction, a scraper 23 continuously connected to the front end and made sinkable in a sandy place at the front end, a sand-raking device 28 arranged at the front part of the scraper to rake sand rearwards by rotating a rotor 34 in which many raking plates are radially incorporated in the outer periphery, and a dust box 36 arranged at the rear end of the screen to contain the screen oversize products.
