PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to release by rocking a relatively strongly frozen and locked throttle valve by providing a relatively weak adjustable drive unit, for cases where, for example, freezing causes a throttle valve with an adjustable drive unit to become persistently stuck. SOLUTION: An adjustment element 2a has an element stopper 2.1, and an adjustable drive unit 6 has a drive element with an element stopper 4.1. When the element stopper 4.1 engages with the element stopper 2.1, this drive element is able to move the adjustment element for the adjustment purpose. If an operating resistance that exceeds a specified value is applied to the adjustment element, the adjustable drive unit 6 can shift the drive element in the direction in which the drive element is separating.
