PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve layout property, and suppress vibration of a thrust direction by arranging a sliding member around which multiple belt material are wound on an inner circumferential surface of an outer peripheral part protruded in an axial direction of at least one side gear, and mounting a push-press member for energizing the sliding member in an enlarged diameter direction. SOLUTION: An outer peripheral part of an output gear 13 is protruded in an axial direction from its inside, and a sliding member 101 is arranged on an inner circumferential surface of its outer peripheral part. The sliding member 101 is formed by winding multiple comparatively thin belt shaped metal plates in a diameter direction. A snap ring shaped push-press member 102 for energizing the sliding member 101 to an inner circumferential surface side of an output gear 13 from an inside is arranged on an inner surface of the sliding member 101. The push-press member 102 is energized so as to relatively slide each sliding portions 101a...101a with moderate frictional force. The sliding member 101 and the push-press member 102 are arranged in a condition stored in a recessed part 13a arranged on an inside surface of the output gear 13. Clearances 13a", 13a" for sliding are arranged between the sliding member 101 and wall surfaces 13a', 13a' of the recessed part 13a.
