PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the clogging of an abrasive material, to uniformly finish a polishing object to fine parts, to substantially prevent the retraction of the polishing object and to lessen heat generation by constituting an oscillation electric lathe of a revolving shaft, a motor for rotation of an eccentric collar, a revolving shaft capable of regulating the number of revolutions of the motor and a rotational drive section for the eccentric collar. SOLUTION: An oscillation shaft 3 rotates by the revolution of the revolving shaft 4 via a joint 24, a cross oscillator 25 and a joint 26 with a deviation of its axis by 0.2 mm from the revolving shaft 3. Further, the eccentric collar 41 is rotated by the revolution of the motor shaft 35 via an oscillation side pulley 29 fixed to the eccentric collar 41 from an oscillation revolution pulley 33. The eccentric collar 41 is freely rotatably disposed in the state of making its inner periphery eccentric by a housing 6 for rotatably supporting the eccentric collar 41 concentric with the revolving shaft 4 and is so set as to revolve faster than the oscillation shaft. Then, the cross section of the oscillation shaft 3 oscillates and rotates and imparts the extremely small eccentric revolving motion similar to the eccentricity to an arbitrary point.
