PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an execution property by stretching at least a plate-like material having in-plane rigidity in the direction perpendicular to the folding line direction of a folded plate on the valley side face of the folded plate. SOLUTION: Rib-like protruded pieces 2 are folded on the back face side of a metal flat plate at multiple positions in the middle section to form a folded plate 1, and their tips are bent into an L-shape or a T-shape to form horizontal pieces 4. Valley sections 14 are formed between the protruded pieces 2 and end sections 5, 8, folding lines 15 appear on the surface side, and the whole is mane nearly flat. A steel plate 12 is allowed to abut on horizontal pieces 4, 11 of the protruded pieces 2 and the end sections 5, 8 of the folded plate 1 and is spot-welded. Wastes such as plaster chips or waste paper are filled in the valley sections 14, then the end sections between the plates 1, 12 are closed with cover members 16, and upper pieces 17 and lower pieces 19 are spot-welded to the plates 1, 12 respectively. High in-plane rigidity can be secured against the horizontal load in any direction, the placing of concrete or the installation of braces at a site is not required, the cost can be reduced, and sound isolation performance can be improved.
