PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall panel capable of increasing the degrees of freedom of the position and size of each hole part to be formed. SOLUTION: An exterior wall panel 11 comprises an arrangement 13 of reinforcement consisting of a plurality of reinforcing bars 17 assembled lengthwise and crosswise and embedded in a panel main body 12 made of concrete. The formation area 15 of hole parts 14 passing through the panel main body 12 from its front to back is set in the panel main body 12 and the reinforcing bars 17 are arranged only in the portions of the arrangement 13 of reinforcement except its portion corresponding to the formation area 15 of the hole parts. The formation area 15 of the hole parts is provided on at least either the upper or lower sides of a window opening 16 provided in the panel main body 12. The panel main body 12 uses lightweight concrete.
