PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber compsn. excellent in low-temp. repulsion elasticity and tensile strength and having adequate flex strength and abrasion index. SOLUTION: This compsn. contains a block copolymer rubber (i) comprising a partially crystalline block copolymer comprising 10-98 wt.% conjugated diene polymer segment of high cis content contg. not less than 40% cis (A), and 90-2 wt.% crystalline segment (B) and having not higher than 4 mol.wt. distribution and a wt. average mol.wt. in polystyrene terms of 20,000-10,000,000, and a reinforcement (ii).
