PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sudden noise and a play of a powdered medicine dispensing tray which are caused by biting of powdered medicine such as granular medicine, and to miniaturize a machine. SOLUTION: An round-dispensing tray 5 is pressed to form an outer peripheral side edge 5c of an round part to be higher than an inner peripheral side edge 5a of the round recessed part, a flange part 5d is integratedly pressed outside the outer peripheral side edge of the round recessed part, and the flange part of a powdered medicine dispensing tray is rotatably supported. The flange part provided with the outside of the outer peripheral side edge of the round recessed part and a lowest point 5b of the round recessed part of the powdered medicine dispensing tray which is fixed along the flange part so as to be concentric with a rotary shaft to support and rotate a rotary support ring 6, rotatably support the rotary support ring of the powdered medicine dispensing tray. In addition, the rotary support ring of the powdered medicine dispensing tray and a contact part of a roller in contact with the rotary support ring are arranged so that the powdered medicine such as granule scattered by the centrifugal force of the round dispensing tray during the dispensation is prevented from being bitten therebetween.
