PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trailer handily used for leisure such as camping and cycling and for many other purposes. SOLUTION: A trailer 1 is provided with a lower body 2 with a floor face 31 provided on wheels 4, 5, and an upper body 3 closably provided being connected to the lower body 2 by hinges 25, 26 and having side walls 15, 16 on both lateral ends of a deck 14. In the open state of the upper body 3, the tip parts 17 of the side walls 15, 16 are put on the ground, and the floor face 31 is almost flush with a back face 38 of the deck 14. The trailer 1 is provided with a tent that can be set up to cover the floor face 31 and the back face 38 of the deck 14.
