PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate a marking line and to easily put marks in required dimensional positions on the marking line by providing an ink-pot with a marking string, and forming marking parts for putting marks, at specified spaces at the marking string. SOLUTION: An ink-pot 1 formed of metallic material, wood or stone is provided with a string winder storage part 3. This string winder storage part 3 stores a string winder 2 rotatably and forms an ink-pot body 10 comprising an inking part 9 connected to the string winder storage part 3 through a connection part 5 with a through hole 4. A marking string 14 is provided in a state of being pulled outside from a hole 8 of the ink-pot body 10, and a plurality of marking parts 18 formed of metallic material such as lead into round shape so as to indicate marks for showing nailing position, on an ink line are fitted at specified spaces to a marking string body 15 of the marking string 14. The marks without nails can therefore be confirmed in an instant to perform work efficiently.
