PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing flowing refuse constituted in such a manner that the refuse flowing down while floating on the water surface of a waterway, such as a river or water intake path, having water flow can be removed without receiving the influence of a water level fluctuation. SOLUTION: A refuse capturing means 2 is constituted by disposing an endless float type fence 21 which is disposed in a direction crossing the waterway 1 and captures the refuse flowing down in the waterway 1 and transfers the refuse to one side of the waterway 1 while following up the fluctuation in the water level in such a manner that the refuse circulates in this fence. In such a case, the device is provided with a dust removing means 3 which is disposed on the transfer side of the refuse and scraps up the refuse transferred by this refuse capturing means 2.
