PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soft capsule containing a specific amount of dietary fiber as an essential component, having a reduced intake calorie, having excellent stability with time and useful as food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics or the like. SOLUTION: This capsule contains (A) dietary fiber such as an extremely finely cut vegetable fiber of a water-soluble dietary fiber in an amount of 5-90 wt.%, preferably 5-60 wt.% (based on the total of compositional components of liquid of the soft capsule agent), optionally further (B) <=50 wt.% of oil and fat, or an oil-soluble material and (C) 1-80 wt.% of an oil-insoluble material such as chitosan or a water-soluble vitamin, and does not contain a dispersion stabilizer. |
