<p>A mouse monoclonal antibody which recognises the dimeric form of human MP52 (a member of the TGFbeta superfamily) but not monomeric human MP52, is new. The antibody has a heavy chain of subclass gamma and does not cross-react with TGFbeta or with BMP-2, which are other members of the TGFbeta superfamily. Also claimed are hybridomas expressing the antibody.</p> |
