PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a structure such as a solar battery panel or the like to an external surrounding plate of an external surrounding body such as a roof or an external wall or easily detach it therefrom. SOLUTION: A plurality of external surrounding plates 4 having rising parts 4a, 4b at both sides are parallelly arranged on a substrate 2. The upper parts of the rising parts 4a, 4b of mutually adjacent external surrounding plates 4 are bent to form a nearly lateral U-shape and jointed together. A structure 8 is mounted on the jointed part, and a slidable engaging part of a metal fitting 6 is slidably fitted in the jointed part of the external surrounding plates 4, and retaining plates 7, 9 are fixed to the plane part of the metal fitting 6 with screws to bring the retaining plates 7, 9 into pressure contact with the upper face of the structure 8 and support the structure 8 on the external surrounding plates 4. |
