PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an execution property by sticking together at least two folded plates continuously formed with recesses and projections so that folding lines are made perpendicular to each other. SOLUTION: A pair of flat plate-like metal plates is folded along multiple parallel folding lines 4, 9 respectively to form a folded plate 1 continuously having recesses 2 and projections 3 and a folded plate 6 continuously having recesses 7 and projections 8, the plate 6 is made thinner in thickness than the plate 1, and the recesses 7 and the projections 8 of the folded plate 6 are made denser than the recesses 2 and the projections 3 of the folded plate 1. The plates 1, 6 are vertically overlapped so that the folding lines 4, 9 are made perpendicular to each other, horizontal pieces 11 of the recesses 2 and horizontal pieces 10 of the projections 8 are fixed by spot-welding to form a floor panel 32, and wastes such as plaster chips or waste paper are filled into the gaps between the plates 1, 6. Floor boards are stuck on the floor panels 32 fixed on beams at the time of execution. High in-plane rigidity can be secured against the horizontal load in any direction, the placing of concrete or the installation of braces at a site is not required, the cost can be reduced, and sound isolation performance can be improved.
