PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support so as to reduce load applied on a chain saw by always using the chain saw, relatively deeply cut a road surface, facilitate the movement or the like of a device itself, and directly circularly cut the road surface according to an arbitrary radius distance without taking time for layout. SOLUTION: The circular cutting device is provided with a central main shaft part 20 to be fixed on a manhole, and a front wheel 40 and a rear wheel 56 connectable to the central main shaft part, and a chain saw 42 and its drive part 44 are supported in frames 32, 32, 34, 36. Furthermore, a vertically adjusting part 48 comprising a truck 30 having a hand push part 38 in the rear part and vertically adjusting the displacement of the chain saw to a road surface and a radius adjusting part 46 for horizontally adjusting the displacement of the chain saw for the road surface are provided, the front wheel 40 is positioned between the central main shaft part 20 and the chain saw 42, a direction-variable and vertically displacement-adjustable adjusting handle is possessed, and the rear wheel 56 is composed detachably.
