PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote weight reduction of a slide rail and to improve operational reliability of slide lock mechanism by providing the slide lock mechanism with a slide rail deformation regulating function. SOLUTION: A vehicular seat sliding device is provided with a slide rail 1 composed of a lower rail 2 and an upper rail 3, and slide lock mechanism X provided at the slide rail l so as to put the lower rail 2 and upper rail 3 in a lock state or an unlock state in a specified position. The slide lock mechanism X is composed of a lower side locking claw 25 provided on the lower rail 2 side; an upper side first locking claw 33 and an upper side second locking claw 34 provided on the upper rail 3 side; and a locking plate 4 provided with a fastening hole 5 allowing the upper side first and second locking claws 33, 34 and the lower side locking claw 25 to enter therein together in the state of the lower side locking claw 25 entering between the upper side first and second locking claws 33, 34 respectively brought close to hole edges 5a, 5b.
