PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To presentably fit stopper rubber to a tail gate covered with interior material, or to a rear body opening. SOLUTION: A cutout 8 is formed at the edge of interior material 5 covering the inner surface of a tail gate body 4 of a tail gate 2 closably covering the rear opening of a cabin 9, and a slit 12 of stopper rubber 7 is fitted to the cutout 8 to fit the stopper rubber 7 to the interior material 5. A support face 131 of the stopper rubber 7 abuts the tail gate body 4, and impact at the time of closing the tail gate 2 is transmitted to the tail gate body 4 from the stopper rubber 7. A stopper face 142 of the stopper rubber 7 is opposed to the interior material 11 of a rear panel 10 of a body so as to be able to abut the interior material 11, and a rib 111 for transmitting load from the stopper rubber 7 to the rear panel 10 is integrally formed at the back face of the interior material 11.
