PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent winding disorder such as the fall, dislocation or alignment collapse of a wire due to a wedge effect by making the feed pitch of the wire at collar side parts of a bobbin different from that at the center part of the bobbin to align and wind the wire. SOLUTION: At a bobbin collar side part, the feed pitch P of a wire is made equal to the outer diameter of the wire to suppress the fall and dislocation of the wire. At a bobbin center part, there is no anxiety about the fall and dislocation of the wire, so that the feed pitch P of the wire is made (d+g). When the wire turns of the collar side part is made (x), the distance W1 of the collar side part of a collar part 2 on one and side in a first layer is (X+1/2)d, and the distance W2 of the collar side part of a collar part 3 on the other end side is (xd). When the wire turns of the bobbin center part is made (y) (an optional integer) and a gap is made (g), the distance W3 of the center part is y(d+g), so that the collar-to-collar distance of a bobbin is W=(2 x+1/2)d+y(d+g).
