PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a rice bag wherein air sealed in the bag can be exhausted out of the bag when bags are stacked on a pallet so that stacking can be stably done, contents may not get wet with water entering from an exhaust part, a function for preventing foreign matters such as insects from entering is included, and the bag may not break at the time of drop. SOLUTION: The bag comprising a front panel and a rear panel for packaging grain or granule contents has numerous slit-like cuts 2 of a predetermined length provided in the vicinity of an end of the bag in a direction of the right angle or approximately the right angle to a side of the bag to form slit arrays. Two, inner and outer seal lines including both ends of the cuts 2 of the slit parallel to the side of the bag are provided on the slit array, and the bag has a vent slit with a part of the inner seal line as a non-sealed part. The slit arrays include a part where the cuts 2 are densely provided and a part where the cuts 2 are sparsely provided or no cuts are provided.
