PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bag comprising a synthetic resin for packaging liquid or powder and granules wherein it can stand by itself without tapers, handling is easy, and partitions are not required in a transportation packing box at the time of transporting in the packing box. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin bag A is formed in an approximate rectangular form, while assist boards 1 are stuck to front and rear wall faces of the bag to allow it to stand by itself. In addition, a holding means comprising a handle or a holder is provided on the assist board 1, and further a height size of the assist board 1 is made to be approximately the same as that of a packing space of a transportation packing box.
