PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromotive parking lock device having a simple structure of manual lock releasing means. SOLUTION: In an electromotive parking lock device having a driving source (a motor 3) to generate a driving force to engage and remove a parking pole to a parking gear 30 according to the instruction output of a parking instruction means (a selector switch), a spring means (a compression coil spring 13) is provided between the output end of the driving source and the input end of the parking pole (between a slider 6 and a connecting member 7), while a manual lock releasing means (a shift arm 9) in order to apply the force in the direction to remove the parking pole from the parking gear at the side near the input end of the parking pole nearer than the spring means (on the axis of a rod 8) is provided. And the manual lock releasing operation is made possible to carry out regardless with the condition of the driving source, in the scope to bend the spring means, by connecting directly the driving source side and the parking pole side, for the drive in the lock releasing direction, while by providing a spring means between the driving source side and the parking pole side, for the drive in the lock executing direction. |
