摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and efficiency without generating pinch and the like by carrying out shift operation by loosely fitting to a shaft and rotating the shift arm, forming a groove on a shift arm for performing sliding movement in an axial direction and select motion, and arranging perpendicularly a push rod of a neutral switch. SOLUTION: A shift arm 2 is rotated in a shift C direction around a shaft 1 to the shaft 1, and thereby, a shift operation of a gear type changer is carried out. The shift arm 2 is slid and moved in an axial direction, and thereby select motion is carried out. In the shift arm 2, a groove 2a extending in an axial direction is formed on an outer peripheral side, and a push rod 3a of a neutral switch 3 is arranged perpendicular to the groove 2a. Since the push rod 3a is perpendicular to the groove 2a in a select direction where the shift arm 2 is moved in an axial direction along the shaft 1, a neutral position is effectively detected without reducing durability of the push rod 3a.
