PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To harmonize the hip and the leg movements of a care worker with the movements of the care worker by precisely detecting the displacement of the hip and legs of the care worker. SOLUTION: A first support member 17 is supported at the truck 15 of this device by means of parallel links 16 so that the support member 17 can be moved upward/downward. A second support member 21 is supported rotatably at the first support member 17 by means of a cross-link 20. The device has drive units 18 and 19 to drive the parallel links 16 and a drive unit 22 to drive the cross-link 20. An upper unit with arm members is mounted on the second support member 21. The device has also a first and second optical sensors 93 and 94 for detecting light from a light emitting means attached to the hip of a care worker. The drive units 18, 19 and 22 are driven so that these optical sensors will follow the movement of the light emitting means. |
