PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition for HIV vaccine, etc., by including human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) envelope TCB domain which lacks in HIV immune epitope which usually comes into contact with the terminal of HIV envelope TCB domain. SOLUTION: A human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) envelope TCB domain which lacks in HIV immune epitope which usually comes into contact with C terminal or N terminal of TCB domain of human immunodeficiency virus envelope which is the residues 411 to 454 of HIV isolate or its fragments having an amino acid sequence of the formula and capable of binding to T4 receptor of T4 helper cell is formulated with a pharmaceutically permissible carrier to provide the objective composition which is sterile and useful as vaccine, etc., against HIV infection.
