PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a sill and a column by using a sill anchor bolt strong in the strength of titanium or the like through a reinforcing bar assembled during the time of performing foundation work and tightening the bolt attached to the anchor bolt. SOLUTION: A sill anchor bolt 6 is used through a reinforcing bar 3 assembled during the time of performing foundation work. A bolt 7 attached to the sill anchor bolt 6 is tightened and fixed for fixing with the foundation reinforcing bar. Furthermore, a nut 8 for height adjustment with a sill is attached, and a bolt 9 is attached thereon. Thus the sill is firmly fixed. Thereby they are strong in diastrophism or an earthquake without the sill anchor bolt 6 slipped off and can be integrated with a structure.
