PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for oral administration having a remarkable antiallergic effect. SOLUTION: This allergic composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a lipid containing a phospholipid wherein a fatty acid at the sn1- or sn2-position of glycerol or fatty acids at the sn1 and sn2-positions of the glycerol are dococahexaenoic acid and (B) 0.001-5 pts.wt. of astaxanthin or an astaxanthin fatty acid ester.
