PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm an engaging state of a step difference engaging part formed on a locking lock piece, and eliminate failure of locking and unlatching in a lock fitting. SOLUTION: A lock fitting for a shutter is provided with a case main body 2 for substantially storing component parts, a locking lock piece 3 rotatably provided around a horizontal axis to a spindle 4 fixedly installed in the case main body 2, an operating lever 6 provided with an engaging piece 6a locked and unlocked by engaging and disengaging to a step difference engaging part 3c provided on the locking lock piece 3. Moreover, an engaging confirmation hole 2e is formed on a part corresponding to the engaging part of the case main body 2 so that an engaging state of the step engaging part 3c of the locking lock piece 3 and a engaging piece 6a of the operating lever 6 can be directly and visually recognized.
