PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent voltage drops between a hub dynamo mounted on an axle and a lighting control means or circuit for controlling the output of the hub dynamo, by integrating the circuit with the hub dynamo. SOLUTION: A stator core 4 making up a hub dynamo 3 is biased to one side of an axle 1 to form a space S on the other side, in which a casing 12 having a built-in substrate 11 forming a lighting control circuit is placed for rotation relative to a right end bracket 8 of the hub dynamo 3 and for integral motion with the axle 1 that passes through and supports it.
