PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high image quality and sophisticated recording image without a scanning line interval irregularity or a scanning line jig by outputting interference data in the writing order by delay data outputted from a delay part, and applying a pulse width modulation to the outputted interference data. SOLUTION: Video signals VD1-VD4 from a printer controller are inputted in an interference circuit 101. The interference circuit 101 has the signals interfere with each other only for the set light amount component by a means for setting the interference light amount 102 among the video signals VD1-VD4. Each signal VDd1-VDd4 data are successively written in a FIFO(first-in-first-out memory) 103 by each pixel clock DCLKd1-DCLKd4 data outputted from a delay circuit 104. The interference data VDd1-VDd4 from the FIFO 103 are applied with a pulse width modulation by a pulse width modulation circuit 106.
