PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep constant the concn. and the liq. volume of an agent soln. to be sent in an agent dissolving device. SOLUTION: A liq. passing agent chamber 2 housing the agent to be dissolved, a feeding pipe 3 feeding liq. from the lower part of the chamber 2, a liq. collection chamber 4 provided at an upper part of the chamber 2 and collecting the dissolving liq. of the agent, a discharging pipe 5 introduced upward from the liq. collection chamber 4 and discharging the dissolved liq. of the agent to the outside of the vessel and an agent replenishing tank 6 placed at upward of the liq. collection chamber 4 are provided in a cylindrical vessel 1. The agent replenishing tank 6 has a replenishing pipe 7 opened to the liq. passing agent chamber 2 at its lower part and the tank is formed airtightly excluding the replenishing pipe 7, and the agent is replenished into the liq. passing agent chamber 2 through the replenishing pipe 7 by gravity.
