PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk rack in which a notebook-sized personal computer can be suitabley put aside not to obstruct office jobs on the desk, the office jobs can be done with reference to the display screen of the notebook-sized personal computer, and the notebook-sized personal computer can be used in parallel to the office jobs at need. SOLUTION: A rack used on the desk with a notebook-sized personal computer placed thereon is formed by a base 1, a placing table 2 for placing a notebook-sized personal computer P, and a front support leg 3 and a rear support leg 4 for connecting the base 1 and the placing table 2 and supporting the same. The respective upper ends of the front and rear support legs 3, 4 are rotatably fixed to the placing table 2, and the respective lower ends are rotatably fixed to the base 1, so that the placing table 2 is formed to be elevated and moved between a position above the base 1 and a position in front thereof.
